As the Director of Marketing, I oversee all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior. I leverage my knowledge of content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement help us meet our business objectives. I collaborate with the Directors of Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Creative, Account management, IT, and Human Resources to help define both AP's brand story and the story as interpreted by the customer.


Belief Agency Copy Director, April 2013 - July 2015 

As the Copy Director at Belief Agency, I oversaw copywriting and content strategy. My job was to think like a publisher as I led the development of content initiatives for print and for the web to drive new and current business. As Editor-in-Chief of the Belief Agency blog, I managed Belief Agency’s voice through content marketing and social media strategy, and worked with both the creative and the sales and marketing teams to craft internal and external messaging for clients and for the company. 

Joy The App Brand Manager, May 2015 - Present  

I oversee brand marketing initiatives, especially as they pertain to social media. I manage Joy's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram feeds, and I use these social channels to execute marketing campaigns—whether through events, PR, content strategy, or partnership-building. I develop creative ways to push Joy's brand content through their core beliefs of community, connection, and visual storytelling, and I also partner with the Executive team to craft the most clear and authentic voice and story for Joy's brand.
